移印PE油墨

　油墨特性：擁有和德國(guó)彩麗寶一樣的顏色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩(wěn)定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特點(diǎn)。
　　印刷：絲印移印均可。
　　表干及實(shí)干時(shí)間：表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘；實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以?xún)?nèi)。
　　稀釋及清洗：SV3慢干開(kāi)油水、UVK1（移印開(kāi)油水）同時(shí)可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。
　　
　　測(cè)試方法（完全干燥后）：
　　1、3m膠紙粘在畫(huà)有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油；
　　2、純度99%的工業(yè)酒精，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來(lái)回拉200次無(wú)脫色；
　　3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來(lái)回擦500次。
　　
　　使用方法：
　　1、使用前應(yīng)充分?jǐn)嚢瑁煤箅S時(shí)封閉；
　　2、攪拌時(shí)加開(kāi)油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度；
　　3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時(shí)可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗；
　　4、不得與其它類(lèi)型油墨混合使用。
　　
　　注意事項(xiàng)：
　　1、塑膠材料的外觀相似，但可能會(huì)是不同的材料，客戶(hù)需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；
　　2、在移印過(guò)程中，如出現(xiàn)拉絲或散開(kāi)，可適當(dāng)加入一些慢干膏即可；
　　3、環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高，將會(huì)影響油墨原有質(zhì)量；
