環保型循環回收式噴砂機它集噴砂、回收、循環、分離、除塵于一體，無污染及砂料四處飛揚現象，是新一代的環保型噴砂設備。是我公司為繁重的噴砂工作設計生產的多用途、大工作半徑、高效率的新型環保噴砂設備。根椐負壓產生裝置不同，分為電動和全氣動兩大種機型。該設備采用壓縮空氣做動力，將磨料高速噴射到工件表面，經過磨料沖擊把工件表面銹污除去，使表面達到必然的清潔度和粗糙度，再通過真空泵（或多級真空發生器）產生的負壓，回收砂料和粉塵，并通過設備的砂塵分離系統將完整的磨料分離繼續循環使用，粉塵與銹污進入集塵桶。在手把開關控制下，設備的噴砂、回砂、砂塵分離、砂料循環、粉塵過濾等所有動作自行完成，工作環境干凈無污染，作業現場達到“GB103328-10333-89”車間空氣粉塵衛生標準。砂料、粉塵自動回收、分離、循環使用，工作現場干凈無粉塵污染。設備環保設計，大大改善了工人的勞動強度和作業環境配有反吹裝置，可自動清除濾芯灰塵。內置分水過濾器。可對壓縮空氣進行二次油水分離。自動上料，將吸砂頭插入砂料中，啟動真空泵系統將自動上料。PLC可編程控制（選配），料位報警功能(選配)。設有調壓旋鈕、反吹按鈕。不變的氣控裝置與磨料閥。工作半徑20-70米，表面處理等級達Sa2.5-3級。配置安全防水電源插座插頭，便利操作。配置控制電源航空插座插頭便利操作。獨特美不雅觀的防塵控制面板與電控箱。維護與檢修特別便利。車式箱體結構，防雨防塵，移動便利。箱體門板采用快捷門瑣聯接，拆裝便利。手把開關控制（電控DC24V）。一機三用，具有開放式、工業吸砂器、環保型三種設備的功能。噴砂主機采用特殊控制回路，工作壓力在0.2Kpa-0.8Kpa范圍內任意調節，可滿足不同工件的噴砂工藝要求。使用范圍：除銹、除油漆、焊縫處理（包羅不銹鋼焊縫及其周邊的去黑、去焊渣處理）去毛刺、飛邊、氧化皮、不銹鋼，鋁材表面的典雅型亞光處理（耐污性較好、可遮蓋劃傷）、去混凝土、石雕表面污圬等處理。
